We Review your Application

Once you submit your details, our team will review your project to make sure it’s a good fit for the Window Pioneer Campaign. We look at your location, project size, and the photos you’ve shared so we can understand your plans.

If Selected, we'll Arrange your Consultation

If your project is shortlisted, we’ll contact you to book an online consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, explore product options, and answer any questions before confirming the next steps.

We Guide you Through the Proccess

If you choose to go ahead, we’ll finalise your project details, oversee your installation, and outline what we ask from Window Pioneers, including surveys, photos and a short case study once your project is complete.

Window Pioneer Campaign Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Window Pioneer Campaign?

The Window Pioneer Campaign is part of DOVISTA’s UK launch. We’re selecting a small number of homeowners to take part in our first UK window installations. Selected projects will receive free installation in return for helping us document the journey and share real customer experiences.

What do I get if my project is selected?

If chosen, you’ll receive:

  • Free installation on your window project

  • A guided experience with our specialist team

  • Premium DOVISTA products backed by 80+ years of European expertise

  • A professionally photographed “after” shoot of your completed installation

What do you ask for in return?

Selected Window Pioneers are asked to:

  • Send photos of their current windows with their application

  • Allow a professional photographer to capture the completed project

  • Share feedback in a short survey

  • Provide a written review

  • Take part in a brief interview for a case study
    This helps us showcase real projects as we launch in the UK.

How many homes will be selected?

We’re selecting a limited number of homes for this first phase of our UK launch. Spaces are limited.

How will I know if I’ve been selected?

Our team will review your application and contact you directly if your project is shortlisted. If selected, we’ll arrange an online consultation to discuss your plans and next steps.

What types of projects qualify?

We welcome applications for:

  • Full-house window replacements

  • Multi-window upgrades

  • Front, rear, or patio doors as part of a window project

    Single-window replacements are less likely to be selected for this campaign.

Will my details be kept private?

Yes. We only use your information to assess your application and manage your participation in the campaign. Full details are available in our privacy policy.

Do you offer warranties?

DOVISTA windows are backed by long-standing product expertise, and full warranty details will be provided during your consultation.
